Do I need to be technical to migrate?
No. If you can keep a spreadsheet and send a file, you can migrate. Our onboarding team does the technical part with you.
What file formats can I send?
Excel and CSV files are ideal. If you use another camp system, an export from it usually works too - share what you have and we will tell you what is useful.
Will I lose any data?
No. Your records are imported into a private workspace first, and you confirm everything is correct before going live. Your original files stay untouched.
Do I have to reformat my spreadsheets first?
No. Send them as they are. We map your columns for you, so there is no renaming, splitting or clean-up marathon on your side.
How long does a migration take?
It depends on how much you bring, but most camps are ready within their onboarding, not months. A sample file lets us give you a clear estimate quickly.
Can I keep working in Excel during the switch?
Yes. You keep running as usual until you choose to go live. Nothing turns off in the background.
What if my data is a bit messy?
