Do the bracelets need special equipment?

What does a scan actually show?
Only what the person scanning is allowed to see. A child's own counselor sees more; other staff see the essentials - who the child is, their counselor, where they should be, and emergency contacts.
Are they waterproof?

Do we have to send them back?
