It began with our own kids at camp
CampOrganizer started with a personal experience. Our founder, Dmytro Panasenko, sent his daughter to an international summer camp in Portugal. On arrival, the camp collected the children's mobile phones, leaving her without an easy way to contact her family - and the language barrier made the first days harder still. During check-in, a gust of wind blew part of the registration paperwork into the swimming pool. After a long journey, she struggled to find her room, understand the schedule, and even work out where to get something to eat. The camp lasted two weeks. It took almost one of them for her to feel properly onboarded. Not because the staff did not care - they were working hard. The problem was that too many important processes depended on paper, disconnected tools, manual communication, and people remembering what to do next. The more we looked, the more we saw the same thing everywhere: great camps, run by great people, held back by the same friction. Registration in one app. Payments in another. Staff schedules in a spreadsheet. Families chased over email and chat. The camp director had quietly become the glue between systems that were never meant to talk. So we built the platform we wished existed - one that cuts the busywork, gives staff their attention back, and makes camp life better for everyone, especially the kids. Happy kids lead to happy parents, and happy parents make your camp succeed. That is still the whole point.

Signing up campers is the easy part. The hard part is the season itself - the teams, the schedule changes, the attendance count, the allergy that has to be right, the parent who needs an answer now. That is where CampOrganizer lives. The Session Console is a live cockpit for a running session: participants, teams, schedule, attendance, health and special cases, incidents, media and reports, updated in real time. Every other surface - the Camp Hub for the business, the Family experience for parents, the Explorer experience for participants - works from the same records, so nothing is entered twice and nothing falls through a gap.

- Certified security CampOrganizer's information security management system is certified according to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 by an independent certification body. The certificate and its scope are published on our Trust page, and can be verified independently.
- Hosted in the European Union Platform data is hosted on infrastructure in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest with industry-standard controls. For your camp's data, we act as a processor under the GDPR - you stay in control.
- Built with camps, not just for them A lot of the platform exists because someone running a real season asked for it. If a process in your camp could be simpler or more automated, we want to hear it - and we ship for the people doing the work.
