CampOrganizer offers a suite of applications designed for camp management, including:

  • CampOrganizer Hub: A web app for administrators to configure camps, manage integrations, sessions, staff, and assign children to teams.
  • CampOrganizer Counselor: A mobile app for counselors to manage schedules, share photos and videos with parents, and send notifications.
  • CampOrganizer Family: A mobile app for parents to receive updates about their children, receive real-time push notifications, and view invoices.
  • CampOrganizer Explorer: A mobile app for children to interact with the camp program.
  • CampOrganizer Website: An informational website about the platform.

User Accounts

  1. Registration: Users must create an account to access certain features of our services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  3. Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to the platform or other users.

User Responsibilities

You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to CampOrganizer APP GmbH.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CampOrganizer APP GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CampOrganizer APP GmbH and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or violation of these terms.
