How to Delete My CampOrganizer Account

If you wish to delete your CampOrganizer account, we’re here to help. Please follow the steps outlined below to proceed with the deletion of your account and associated data.

Option 1: Via the CampOrganizer App

  1. Login to your CampOrganizer account on the app.
  2. Navigate to the Profile tab.
  3. Click on the “Delete My Account and Data” button.
  4. Once you confirm this action, your account and all associated data will be deleted. Please note that once deleted, this action is irreversible.

Option 2: Via Email

If you’re unable to access your CampOrganizer app or prefer this method:

  1. Send an email to support[@]camporganizer.app with the subject line: “Request to Delete My Account”.
  2. Include your registered email and username in the body of the email to help us identify your account.
What Happens After Requesting Account Deletion?

Data Deletion: All your personal data and activities linked to your CampOrganizer account will be permanently deleted. This includes your personal information, activity logs, and any other data stored in our system.

Retention Period: There might be a short retention period after you submit your request, during which your data is being securely wiped out from our systems. This is to ensure all data associated with your account is completely removed.
