How to Use Zoom Integration with CampOrganizer

The Zoom integration in CampOrganizer allows admins, camp owners, and participants to seamlessly manage and join video calls for courses, tutoring sessions, and more. Follow the steps below to set up and use this integration effectively.

Integration for Admins and Camp Owners

Setting Up the Zoom Integration

Log in to the HUB App

  • Use your admin login credentials to access the CampOrganizer HUB.

Select Your Camp

  • Use the dropdown menu in the top-right corner to choose the camp you want to manage.

Connect Zoom

  • In the main menu, go to the Camp Settings section.
  • Click on the Integrations tab within the settings.
  • Find the Zoom Integration option in the “Camp Integrations” section.
  • Click Connect and follow the Zoom integration flow to authorize and connect your Zoom account.

Disconnecting the Zoom Integration

To disconnect the Zoom integration:

  • Navigate to the Integrations tab as described above.
  • Click Disconnect next to the Zoom Integration option.
  • Confirm the disconnection when prompted.

⚠️ Important Notes for Admins

When a user books a call with a tutor:

  • The platform will attempt to match the tutor’s email with a Zoom user in your company’s Zoom account.
  • If no match is found, the Zoom meeting will be booked using the main company Zoom account.

Using Zoom Integration as a Participant

Booking a Zoom Call

Open the Explorer App

  • Access the CampOrganizer Explorer app.

Find Your Course or Tutor

  • Navigate to the course or tutor’s page.

Choose a Slot

  • Select your preferred time slot from the list of available options.

Book the Slot

  • Click Book Now to confirm your booking.

Join the Call

  • When it’s time for the meeting, click Join Call Now to join the Zoom call directly.

Canceling a Scheduled Call

  • Locate your booked call in the app.
  • Click the Trash icon next to the scheduled call.
  • Confirm the cancellation.
